Q: Who do I contact if I have issues downloading my ebook or audiobook?
 
A: Within seconds after you place your ebook or audiobook order, you will receive an email with your paid invoice and a second email from BookFunnel.
 
If you have any questions accessing your ebook or audiobook purchase, just click on the “need help” link in the email you received from BookFunnel. They are available 24/7 to assist you in accessing your book.
 
If you didn’t receive an email from BookFunnel, check your spam folder or junk mail. If you can’t find their email, contact them at help@bookfunnel.com. Be sure to let them know the email address you used when you placed their order.
 
 
Q: Is my payment and personal data secure?

Q: What is your refund policy?
 
A: If you bought an ebook or audiobook in error, do not download it. As long as you haven’t downloaded your purchase, we can offer you a full refund. Just let us know on our contact page. Our goal is to get back with you as soon as possible, certainly by the next business day.
 
 
Q: What about print books?
 
A: We are working hard to add paperback and hardcover books here too. We hope to do a slow rollout of print books later this year.
